How to deal with annoying customers?
Being a salesperson I believe is one of the stressful job that I know of, ever. Consider your effort of talking to persuade people and the quota that you’re suppose to make. Those alone if not met could lead to dejection. A funny video of Mr. de Niro shows how NOT to be affected using his own WAY.
By the way, if this one happens to be my sales guy? I’ll definitely throw him out, after all CUSTOMERS are always RIGHT, no matter what the situation is.

…i think you need to have a bandwidth upgrade from your hosting site, things seems to be slower browsing your site agaub this time around, dunno why.
